This is a fantastic place. I had multiple projects to do for our garden and I found everything I needed here.
The guys working there are really friendly and because I have little space at home and limited tools they cut all my wood to length for me.
Great prices for quality wood and they even deliver for a small charge.
I have more projects in mind and I will definitely be going back soon

I heard about this place via the ‘Car Throttle’ YouTube channel.

I visited today as I was looking for some cuts of wood to help me repair some fencing at home after recent storms.

The staff were very helpful and even cut some of the wood to size for me. I asked ‘How much?’ and they said it was FREE. I asked again if I could pay (even a) small amount and they refused to take anything.

I will visit again and hopefully they can charge me next time!

Highly recommended if you need odd and rough wood cuts.

Since I found MSWRP I get my stock from here. Friendly and helpful, usually find what I need at brilliant prices. Oak bits for turning and various timbers for my projects and once a garden gate! One of my fave places to go to.

Well this is certainly the biggest barn of wood I have ever seen! If you are looking for wood you have come to the right place! It's not just the abundance of wood that makes MSWRP so special though, it's the love of wood, the rural setting, the chickens in their custom built, recycled wood chicken house, the Pericles crew beavering away and growing things in the reclaimed grow boxes, the bespoke compost loo...

Come and visit the barn and see for yourself, you will definitely find some wood and a woody warm welcome from them. If you're lucky there maybe an egg to collect and take home. It's chilly in the winter so bring a scarf and hat whilst browsing but in the summer just take five minutes to sit on a log in the peace and quiet, you won't regret it!

What can I say but an amazing diamond in the rough this place is!
If you are doing a project at home then don't buy wood from the DIY store get it here all the wood is great quality and not new store prices so you save a load as well as recycling a proper win win. give them a call they are very very helpful and also deliver for a small charge.

Amazing place. Recycled timber for all your DIY projects. Cheaper than the big chain stores and run as a charity. A huge barn packed with everything from pallet wood to dimensional and construction lumber (charged by the foot). And often old doors, window frames, tables, etc. Be warned, you could spend hours in here.
