I went there today with a huge wooden set of draws and a fold up bed that I would not have been able to lift myself. One young man there, named Rob, was happy to help and get stuck in. Friendly, professional, and made my visit quick and easy.

Visited the site today for the first time. Not being used to using the site one of the workers Woody couldn't have been more helpful in guiding me to the correct skips. As if that wasn't enough, I dropped my car key in a skip. I panicked not knowing what to do and he came along and climbed in and retrieved the key for me. Thank-you Woody and the other staff too for your kind help.

Staff always willing to rummage through your stuff to pick the best stuff out first, more than happy to store this "good stuff" round the back of there office. When it comes to helping you with the bad stuff not as helpful.
Did see one member jump in a skip once to rescue what I thought must of been a highly valuable antique, turned out to be a pot dog.
