Just wanted to say a Big Thank you, to Midlands Auto breakers in Birmingham. They helped me scrap my car which I was trying to get rid of for months. A price an appointment was provided to me straightaway on the call, which was very helpful. On the day of the collection of the vehicle, there was a national banking issue, which they informed me about prior to the collection and if I still wanted to go ahead with the pick up. Ironically, I was at the bank at that time and could verify their story. But, it was the integrity and the honesty of the staff that helped me with the decision to accept payment later. Chris, who came to pick up the car from me , was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed for my records. This company was amazing throughout, even the lovely lady on the phone was very helpful, contacted me the very next day to transfer the payment to me. Went on website to scrap my car.
They gave me an instant fair quote for my car which I accepted. They contacted me shortly after to arrange a pick up time that was convenient for me.
The whole process was extremely smooth and the guy who collected it the day after was a top bloke.
Highly recommend if you want to scrap your car.

Excellent service.wasnt sure about the online booking so phoned then up with some questions A lovely lady clearly explained the process step by step. I spent several days scouring the internet for prices on selling my two non starters cars, with every website asking me if they start, which I said no. Then a rep from these other firms would call and say they couldn’t take non starters or offered £100 less per car.

By the time I called Midland Auto Breakers, I was stressed and frustrated. Tamara answered the phone and was so friendly, polite and efficient that my mood turned around. After all the messing about, it was a breath of fresh air to have the same price quoted online and not have to repeat that the cars won’t start.

On the day of pick up (which was only a few days from when I called), Chris called in advance so I could be ready, and came out in the afternoon to collect the cars. Once again I received amazing, friendly and polite service from your employee. He gave me clear guidelines on what to do with the logbooks, wrote down the relevant info so I could finish the sale and then got straight on with getting the cars. Chris managed to get his truck into the car park, and with some clever on-the-spot moving of cars already on his truck, he managed to winch both of my non starters onto his truck in less than an hour!

If you are looking to sell any cars, but especially non starters or scrappies, do not look anywhere else than Midland Auto Breakers. The best prices I was offered, the exceptional service both on the phone and in person and the fast turnaround to remove the cars led to a top notch experience, and I will be shouting to anyone I know in the area to use Midland Auto Breakers for their sale/scrapping needs.

Absolutely excellent service from Midlands Auto Breakers. I rang up on a Thurs. morning. They offered me a much better price than several other firms I had searched online. The next morning Chris came along at 9.30 a.m. to pick up the car, after ringing me earlier to give an ETA. He sorted out all the paperwork for the DVLA and wouldn't leave until the money for the car had arrived in my bank account.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Midlands Auto Breakers to anyone with a non-running car to get rid of. 👍

I would recommend Midlands Auto Breakers. They came promptly to collect my car. I rang on Thursday. They collected it on Saturday morning. The payment was in my bank before lunchtime. I was expecting to have to pay them to take the car away. They paid me. I am very happy as they gave an excellent service.
