Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff.

On arrival I was asked if I had booked a a lot, which I replied that I did not book as was not aware that I needed to do so. The man checked the iPad and said they are fully booked, although there was a space. Drive out and booked a slot that allowed me to enter in 2 min time. Turned out not fully booked at all.

Had to make not one but two trips this morning to the recycling centre and I cannot praise the gentleman working there today highly enough! Andy was beyond helpful with all the bits in my van! It’s clean, well maintained and both Andy and Steve were more than happy to assist, highly recommend 5 stars and thank you!

Terrible place closed for and I quote highly unusual weather, snow in February yes I agree highly unusual...massive string of people arrived while I was on the phone at my allotted booking time only to be told there was nothing they could do. Judge for yourself by my picture but I fail to see why this center was shut today. Terrible waste of public resources and money if they can't open under this savage dusting of snow

All we can say is thank you so much to Kieren and his gang for all their much appreciated help. Nothing was to much trouble, helping with very heavy bags of garden waste and wood. It made our trip today so

Visited the centre for the first time this weekend - Andy and the staff were all really helpful and friendly - even helped us lift some garden rubbish into the container! We are new to the area and we’ve never experienced such friendly staff at the tip! Thanks!
