Great company to deal with. They sorted the part I needed and got it straight to the courier. Courier was a day late and Mirfield had no hesitation in chasing them up. Very happy customer in Cornwall, have put their number in my phone for the next time I need a part.

What fantastic customer service I received today 25/07/24 from a very helpful guy who found me the part that I wanted and then let me take it to my car to check that it fitted.

I have been there a few times. Each time I have got the part that was needed. They have a huge variety of different makes and models. Prices are reasonable and have been well looked after. Rafiq Bhai his service is amazing. Very polite, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend. Excellent service with a smile.

The services is so poor and the sellar, "Raf" by name lacks good customer relation. He is not a good businessman at all. He doesn't listen to customer's opinion/explanations about the product you need but always want to impose his opinion of product on you.

I bought a part from him since june which he sent the wrong one, i tried explaining to him, he didn't listen but he decided to send another one of the same kind.

After putting me through a lot of mental stress, i begged him to kindly refund my money and that he should send his post code for me to return his products, he rather insulted me.

In mid July, he promised to refund my money, up till now, he is still dribbling me all around as he hasn't refunded my money and yet to send his post code for me to return hos products too.
I feel so terribly stressed by all his attitudes and actions.

Excellent service, arranged to come and collect some seats for my smax through Raf via marketplace. Very helpful, Excellent price! Very pleased with the service of his lads int yard to, helped me load up my van aswell. Will definitely bare them in mind if I need anything else!
