So straightforward - we booked a two-hour time slot and paid online, then the two guys arrived very punctually and our big pile of waste was gone in about 20 minutes. Very friendly professional service. Highly recommended!

I booked an appointment for M&M to collect two mattresses and within the hour I had a phone call to say that - although they weren't available on the day I'd booked - they *did* have a van in the area which could collect right away!

M&M carried the mattresses down two flights of stairs without complaint. Polite, friendly, efficient - recommended.

I was impressed with the service M&M offered from the booking to the removal of an old sofa bed the next day
3 men arrived on time and they were very friendly and polite. The sofa bed was quite heavy and a bit awkward to get from the room it was in, through to the hall, but they eased it through and took it out of the front door and up our drive with no fuss at all. M&M were also the cheapest I found and I could have had another item removed at the same time included in the price I paid
From my experience with M&M so far I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to family and friends for any of the waste removal service they provide

Highly recommend using this company. They have been so helpful from start to finish, and can't fault them at all. So quick at responding to my emails, and answered any questions I had. I had a significant amount of building rubble & plasterboard from a strip out job in my front garden (about 600kg). They came the same day that I booked them, they rang ahead to give me 15 mins warning. They cracked on quickly with the job, were really friendly and professional, and left the front garden looking tidy and neat- they even put my rubbish bins back in place for me!
