Most Excellent. My fridge/ freezer died. Quick research online found what I needed to replace it. Phoned Dave very helpful said his boys could deliver fast which they did. Top Chaps all round. I will add boring photos of New fridge/ freezer but as the delivery lads like motorbikes will see what I can do.couple of weeks on fridge freezer brilliant

Excellent service! I was given great advice on choosing the right dishwasher, and the delivery, connection, and removal charges were very reasonable. When there was an issue fitting the appliance under a low worktop, they took it away and re-delivered at no extra cost. The delivery team were cheerful and Andy in the office was particularly helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

Went in to buy a new dishwasher. Quick and friendly service. The person that helped us was very knowledgeable in explaining the various options and features. Got a better deal than you would buying online from the big retailers with more personable service. Am buying all our large appliances from there going forward.

We chose Molesey Refrigeration Centre as wanted to use a local business. Prices were very reasonable. Ordered an integrated dishwasher to replace an existing one. Paid extra for delivery and removal of old one. Service was excellent. The delivery team were very friendly and efficient, and worked well together. Dishwasher working as expected. Very happy.

Thank you for excellent service from start to finish. Daniel Martin was very helpful in answering our questions regarding the appliances we were buying. He arranged for
the delivery to suit our schedule together with the removal of the old cooker which helped us enormously. I am so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency
in handling our needs. Faulty appliance’s replacement was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending them .

Heard good things about the company but only recently had first hand experience when we bought a fridge-freezer. Cannot rate them high enough. The staff are so friendly, informative and helpful. Massive stock, staff who are really knowledgable. Spread over 3 shops in Molesey High street with a vast stock of all home equipment ( not just fridges). Service was excellent - so was the delivery and fitting service. Pretty good experience all round. And all genuine.
I contacted them after six months to see if they could talk me through replacing the water filter. One of the staff immediately offered to come before/after work to show me.
Really worth a visit when looking for new home equipment. You will be impressed.

Excellent service. I was after a small but crucial spare part for our Miele washing machine and MRC's representative patiently guided me through a hard-to-find website, allowing me to source the part. I'd looked on the internet unsuccessfully (including several Miele websites) for a while but MRC's help made the difference. Highly recommend them.
