Terrible experience. I visited the store looking to purchase wire netting, but was turned away because they no longer serve the public and only deal with trade customers and I would say that that's fair. What really took the cake was the staff member's attitude. The bearded guy wearing a baseball cap seemed completely uninterested when I asked him for any local alternative vendors that could get me by. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, he muttered multiple obscenities under his breath, which was completely unprofessional. No effort to redirect or provide any form of customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ive been dealing with Moncaster wire for a while now and its always been a 5 star service, even when there was a problem with the product they immediately replaced it free of charge. Dealing with Eddie and Gemma have been a delight and they have been top class when it comes to customer service.

Previously obliging. Previously supplied fencing for my al pacas enclosures...over some years. Now, " due to covid " - only supplying trade business customers. Not helpful answer machine and not helpful non working email contact facility...not helpful for my al paca's who are now not secure in their enclosures...Moncasters will not be getting any business off me in the future....

Used to supply to the public purchased a lot from them. Companies alway ruin it for the public. Hope they have a downfall. Companies are always closing down can only hope.
