I am going to struggle to keep this brief, as Chris and his team absolutely saved the day during a stressful refurb. I was by chance given his contact number by a Fork lift company I had cold called, who could not help me unload an item. I called the number twice at 7.30pm on a Friday night and never thought I would hear back. 10 minutes later I get a call from Chris. After hearing the situation (item weighed 700kgs) he comes up with a solution and calmly offers to meet me at 8.30pm in the freezing cold in his yard, to personally offload the item off of courier truck via forklift. Chris stores it over night, then the following morning his team delivers it to us at 9am! I absolutely couldn't believe it - I was a complete stranger to him. This man went above and beyond to help someone out who he did not know on a Friday night out of office hours, which tells you about the integrity of this business. Chris and his team are kind, professional and clearly great problem solvers. He could have charged me to the hill for this, but he didn't and charged me a fare rate for delivery. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Always rude, unhelpful. Wanted to spend a couple of grand on pamments, but from our experience unless you pick them yourself you get a load of duds you can't use. Also who doesn't want to choose what floor they're going to have in their house, nuts! They refused to let us look or choose what we bought.Never using these guys, going to another reclamation who are friendly and get people have preferences on what they put down in their homes.

We are a family building company established since 1930. We have dealt with firstly John Mooney and now Chris.
Over the years they have supplies us with reclaimed materials such as, Norfolk SH reds, handmade pantiels, Oak Beams and Norfolk Pamments with delivery service included and these have always been quality products.
We have also made use of the plant hire which has always been a first class service with delivery and collection as required.
We would not hesitate to recommend using their services.
