Excellent customer experience from start to finish. Chat query answered in under 3 mins and follow-up email as promised next day. Good technical knowledge. Extensive stock holdings meant I could order everything from one supplier, pricing very competitive. Delivery (Australia) was 30-50% cheaper than other suppliers - and everything arrived (well packed) in only 5 days. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Couldn’t do enough to help. Delivered parts including a windscreen to by Son In Law in Birmingham and only charged minimal delivery. (Was £150 extra to post glass as they have to use special packaging). Will definitely be buying parts from these guys again.

Had a small problem with wrong item delivered and whilst the replacement was slow. I was contacted and offered a full refund. Faith in customer service restored...

I found Motaclan have a vast array of parts for my Classic Mini Thirty. That said they stock parts for many other classic makes and models too.
Their service was top notch. Ordered my parts and they were shipped and arrived the following day. Awesome service.

Hello everyone, I thought I'd write a few words about Motaclan and staff, I now live in Germany driving a TVR S3 good old British, problem is old British means we'll the need of parts, which are practically none existent in Germany, I tried all over Germany mmmm waste of time, so I made my first order, I was really pleased how easy it was, questions were answered same or if late next day, with an explanation, other options but always a positive outcome, I've also spoken on the telephone that was informative and professional, parts were shipped express, to be honest I only deal with Motaclan now, atleast I know the parts will be of good quality and there gives no hick ups, if you happen to own a Brit then maybe consider contacting the Motaclan team, thumbs up from me.

Unfortunately experience was dismal .
Ordered a replacement boot lock when it arrived it was faulty and keys could not be removed when in lock position. Arranged to return it and have a replacement sent . Received a message from royal mail with tracking number for a replacement and a message from Motaclan saying out of stock. As it currently stands 11 days after paying them for the lock .
The original lock has been sent back to them .
Royal mail tracker simply says, we're expecting it. seller has advised they have dispatched the item !
I have not got a lock or a refund and my car boot is not secure or shut .
Would I order from them again, in short given my experience unfortunately the answer is No.

Excellent service and I found parts for my MGB GT V8 not found on other sites. Order arrived in Australia on my doorstep within 6 working days. Very helpful phone help and prompt email replies and technical help was top notch.
