Very efficient service, easy to book online, had an email day before confirming collection, man arrived 10 minutes before time he said he'd come, he very quickly did paperwork and loaded car. Full payment has been paid 2 days after collection. Would highly recommend this company.

Don’t expect to get the amount you are offered for your car. I had a 13 year old car that had major engine problems (which they knew about), hence scrapping the car, the car was otherwise in good condition, with reasonable wear and tear, no major dents etc - on the day of collection they would only offer 25% less than their original quote due to “some scratches on the car”. Collection and payment was fine, but be aware, your quote is not what you will receive.

Sadly my 2005 Ford Galaxy failed its MoT miserably this week and it was going to cost £1300 to get all the work done. The garage who carried out the MoT therefore recommended I scrapped it. So I rang 3 local scrap dealers and they offered me between £100-£170, and I would have to drive it to them! When I looked online for scrap dealers Motorwise came up with the best offer (£322) and had good reviews. So easy to do, enter your registration and they send an immediate offer. I confirmed that I’d like to accept the offer and they then arranged a local scrap dealer to pick it up. Full details were sent via email. The local scrap dealer then contacted me to arrange a convenient collection time and date. I was given an 2 hour slot which they honoured. All done within 4 days. The money was transferred by the local scrap dealer to my account within 2 hours of collection of the car. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Booked a scrap car collection. Arranged for a morning collection with a week's notice. Was informed the collection would be between 0800-1200hrs. Booked the morning off work to facilitate. Collection didn't happen. Phoned up to see what was happening, was told that we had booked an afternoon collection. This was not the case, as we had explained when making the initial booking that we would not be home in the afternoon. Customer service was of a poor standard, with no offer of rectification.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
First, I was expecting them to come on Thursday. They didn’t even bothered to call me to cancel. I called them and therefore they’ve told me, if not I’d have been waiting still.
And then, they reduce the price we agreed by 50%! And I made sure all of the details of the car were clear.
Just save yourself some time and trouble and look for another company

Very disappointing. Quoted price for car to be scrapped. We mentioned that the only thing on the entire interior was a clip at the back for the taillights which was missing since we bought it - told them we taped it up.
The quote went from £555.00 down to £220.00
It feels like we may have avoided scammers with this. Very pleased they didn’t take the car then try this.
