I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mountain recycling. Every second week, our bins are left uncollected, with no prior notification or explanation. The lack of communication is unacceptable; we are never informed about any rescheduling, and it seems like the drivers are frequently out of hours or sick.

It’s frustrating to pay for a service that is so inconsistent. If the company cannot maintain a reliable schedule, they should at least have the courtesy to inform their customers.

This ongoing issue is not only inconvenient but also affects our hygiene standards. With bins sitting uncollected, our hygiene rate might fall, which is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Mountain Recycling keeps missing the waste collection. One more missed collection on 9th September from Rancho Grill.
Do not work with Mountain Recycling as they can extend yours contract without your consent or signature! Now, we’ve being threatened with a penalty for choosing not to continue the service. This practice is unfair and unethical! They do not collect the waste and still charge us! Our car park is full of rats! Shame!

I’m an owner of a vegetarian restaurant and I’m very disappointed from this HORRIBLE SERVICE. They ALWAYS forget to collect my bin as they saying their driver has wrong route… I paid extra to have an extra service and they never came on Friday!!!!! When I asked about it they said they having issue… but they didn’t informed. Management it’s horrible and the lady who speak over the phone is very rude she don’t apologies even she know that their foult. So messy service, waste of money!!! Do not chose them.

I have never seen a company with all 1 star reviews until today! Sadly I have to agree with all the reviews left. No customer service! Promised the world when signing up, all empty promises to get you signed up on a 12 month contract which costs to get out of when something goes wrong which it will

The worst service I have ever experienced, firstly they let us down on our scheduled day because they were short staffed, they said they would come to collect the next day, they apparently tried to collect when we are closed 🙄, now they have refused to come back until next week. Useless rude staff, Avoid using this company as you will be continually let down.

I am a customer off this company and not happy with service sometimes they don't collect the bins and no information to us giving and i am running fast food and all food rubish in bins i can't keep it another 4 days to you guys to collect and specially when it is full they asking me to put the bags side a bins that means all rats 🐀 will join and ripped the bags and they can attack in to shop you should come collect same day if not you need to find a way to send the driver out next day it is not fair. If it is carry is on like this i will after look for different company to deal with it

I would not recommend this recycling company!!!
We are working with this company for more than 2 years, enough is enough! Just adding this Also staff on call gives wrong information and they are taking it very easy when talking to them!
