Out for your money.

I ordered via circle waste, I use 4-6skips a month in my line of work and have never had any issues.

Until I used this company, booked through Circle waste, delivered fine. Put down for collection yet 3 days after promised collection date it was still sat there. I had to chase them up for answers, apparently it was overloaded and there is a £112 wasted trip fee.

I argued it obviously but the answer was it will be sat there until this fee is paid, because I care about the skip sat on an unhappy customers drive I paid it, raked the pile about abit and it was taken.

I know what an overloaded skip looks like and this was not it.

Out for as much money as possible
Was arrogant and unhelpful on the phone

Do not use them plenty of reputable other companies.

Absolutely rip off merchants! Don't use this company, given a price for 2 weeks, my husband did say we might not need it that long so they said they would come early for it, he then asked to have it for the whole 2 weeks and they said it would be an extra £100 when he said he'd got a text message with the price for 2 weeks they said that's an automated message that they don't recognise? Wouldn't even give 1 star

Worst skip company I have ever dealt with. Turned up and took a half full skip with no notice/call or anything. Called straight away to get arrogant 'manager' saying there is nothing they could do. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Saw a bright orange mountain lorry swerve right in front of a cyclist nearly killing him as he came off his bike and drive off and then same lorry forced oncoming traffic to swerve because he was speeding and going too fast for a corner. Not the first time I’ve seen one of these mountain Lorry’s driving dangerously and I’m certain won’t be the last after what I witnessed. Is there a reason your lorry drivers are putting people’s lives at risk Mountain? I’ve seen multiple instances of poor driving from a multitude of your vehicles beyond what I’ve written above and can only assume this is a dodgy corrupt little company. I would stay well clear of these bright orange killing machines. Disgusting behaviour and when you phone to let them know about it they couldn’t care less. Says everything really. Mountain lorry drivers are dangerous drivers and should be taken off the road.

Mountain Recycling collect our waste, or more to the point only when they can be bothered to turn up. The collection is so hit and miss and recently they have been turning up on the wrong day when we are closed. I have a general waste bin and a recycling bin, but they just bung it in the same lorry, so why am I paying for 2 bins when I only need one. I am now fed up with their poor service and I can not recommend them.

Mountain skip hire are very easy and good value for money. They get your skip to you quickly and are flexible and willing to arrange promptly if you wish to keep it a bit longer. Very good service, highly recommend.

Hired a 12yrd skip mixed and get a call from them saying there was a fridge in skip which has contaminated the load! Really! There is a simple solution remove the fridge and the load is not contaminated and take fridge to Sleaford tip they take them for free only reason I use skip was the car can’t take the fridge! They are now asking for £65 fee well little do they know I was about to spend another £267 and have another skip! Not now I’ll take my business elsewhere and I will be informing trading standards and they are not getting a penny more from me really furious 😡 over this at no point was I informed a fridge is not allowed !!!
