I use Mountelm quite often for scrap metal from a charity shop. Despite only having small amounts I find the staff very helpful - and it must be aggravating for them to deal with 5 bags of grotty kitchen ware and dead ornaments! They're always polite and the ladies in the office are lovely.

Drove through the traffic to unload half a ton of industrial copper, says they shiut at 5:00pm at 4;45 they have locked the gates. Called and they answered but couldn't be bothered to open.. Great customer service than you..
