If every business operated with the level of care, professionalism, and integrity shown by this body shop, the world would genuinely be a better place.
The customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction was thoughtful, informed, and reassuring. I was kept updated at every stage of the repair, and all my questions were answered with clarity and kindness.

My car was sent to mustoes after a car had reversed into mine denting and scratching the door. The afternoon I was due to drop it down my car was reversed into again, I rang mustoes and asked if they could do the second lot of damage at the same time. They said yes, just had to wait for insurance. They explained what was going to be done to both the door and I needed an entire new bumper! All the work was completed in a week, I honestly can’t tell the difference as they have paint matched incredibly well, it looks like it was never even hit (twice) definitely recommend being your car here for any paint work jobs ☺️

I’ve used Mustoe’s a few times for MOT’s and recently had a repair done on my car following a bump. It was done so quickly and to such a high standard - it looked better than before it went in! I was kept updated throughout and couldn’t be happier with how it looks! Would highly recommend!

Massive thanks to Eddie for stopping to help when I got a flat tyre on the m32/M4 slip road today! He was incredibly helpful, changing my tyre to the spare free of charge. We were very lucky he happened to be passing by and offered assistance as it was just me and 3 kids (2 under 5). Thank you so much, wouldn't hesitate to use your services again.

Dan and his team have truly stuck to their word, and looked after me and my car from start to finish. With a large worry around the cost of repair, the team really went above and beyond. Making sure I was really looked after. I have found a local garage I can trust. The repair was very efficient. Thank you for everything.

Took car in after being involved in an rtc and they did a fantastic job on the body work would never tell anything had happened outstanding job staff were lovely and helpful would highly recommend these guys

Excellent service, had various complicated dents on the creases of my wing arch and doors,alloy scuffs etc. These were end of lease repairs so I needed my car to look brand new, it was picked up, repaired and delivered back to me in less than a week , it was washed and valeted and looked brand new, special thanks to Ellie and Corey, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Called to get a puncture repair and was quoted over 100 to plug it, was then told the wrong tyres where on my car when they a re direct from the showroom got an aggressive upsell on a new tyre when it wasn't needed and after being told I won't find a repair cheaper than 100 plus vat I then found someone to do it for 45 all in avoid unless you wanna be ripped off
