Picked some slates up this morning only to get to the job and carry 500 slates onto the roof to find out a load were smaller than I asked for. Had to sort through the slates and then carry them back down and drive back to change them, lost 2 hours on the job which customer isn’t happy as job was supposed to be completed today. An apology would have been nice.

I have been here and bought the same bricks twice as I ran out . I fail to see how the price can go up from 1.15 to 1.30 in 4 weeks . Bricks are bricks . Staff are lovely and very helpful but sort you pricing out
