Had badly rusted hinges off my wheelchair ramps luckily was only surface rust they were shot blast and powder coated they look and work better than ever.
Brilliant service and reasonable prices.
Perfect.
**NEW INFORMATION**
Had this done 5 years if not more years ago and they're still in excellent condition, when I first took them the majority of paint had peeled off and extremely rusty, I wasn't sure weather they'd have to be replaced, however it turned out to be surface rust and not deeper rust.
Take a look at them, considering these are pictures from April 2025
As you can see they're brilliant.

Dropped a roof rack in January said it would take 2 weeks to do now 8 months later still chasing it. Threatening behaviour saying he’s going charge me storage iv had to seek legal advice and ring around other companies to try get the job done. Lack of communication skills and after ringing about seems like I’m not the only one awful experience lie after lie. Feel gutted as my friend uses him as was recommended but far from it the experience and threats to top it off! Not a professional business by far just hope I get it back. Like getting blood out of a stone. Don’t waste your time😡

I have just had my escort mk2 metal chrome bumper powder coated in black by Simon and I couldn’t believe the difference and the finish is absolutely perfect I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his workmanship it is top quality and very reasonable priced
