I often use Napa auto parts (used to be PMA) for a range of car servicing parts. On this last occasion unfortunately the order didn't go through properly and there was a bit of disappointment. However Dom called me up as soon as he heard what had happened and sorted it out straight away. The impressive level of customer service from Dom was absolutely spot on. Highly recommend

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from one of their drivers last friday 7/02/20 who couldn't wait 2 minutes for a funeral procession to proceed and thought he would just sit there beeping his horn and being aggressive.spoke to the manager to complain and he had bad attitude as well no wonder his staff think it's ok to act like they do. Wouldt reccomend these disrespectful low lifes to anyone
