Helpful and friendly staff, first time using the Netley facility and was very happy with disposal available. We wanted to dispose of a lot of wood, but the wood skip was very full. We spoke to a member of staff who arranged for it all to be compacted down. A few other bits and pieces we needed help with and the staff were very obliging. Love that there's a Preloved store on site.

I'd like to advise everyone to carefully check booking date. I've booked my slot on 8 April and when I get there they told me by mistake booking is on next day. I asked that I only have 3 bags of household rubbish if I can leave them and they told me NO I have to have booking, after that they opened barrier and told me to drive trough but do not stopping there was 4 empty slots and that will take me less than 3 minutes but they didn't agree. Manager there was very rude and grumpy. Side manager is definitely not a human being his a trush donut.
If anyone from HR can speak with him and asked him to be more human, helpful and friendly that will help other people to feel not disrespected once they are there.

I’d like to know why they make you book an appointment time to then bloody have you sit there and wait for 20mins whilst they change the skips over. Don’t let 20 cars book in for 11am if you are going to close the tip to change bins from 11-11:20. JOKE.

Staff told me to put soil in soil bin but another staff member got rude saying it was wrong bin. Staff need more training and courtesy.
