Busy but well organised, opening hours could do with expanding as it closes at 4pm (last entry for cars is at 3:34pm) When you enter the site you enter a one way system, with this site you are directed to a bay regardless if it is the one you are after. You then have to move your items physically to the correct location. Luckily trolleys are available. For heavy items it can be a challenge as you have to lift it over the barriers, which are close to 5ft in height

Very efficiently run. Queues vary with the day and time. Sunday 5pm there was no queue. The facility is free for residents with a Hillingdon First card, which you have to touch on entry. Others have to pay.

very helpful staff although when it re opened was told council rules only one trip although made 5 over saturday and sunday. only negative its a good 20 mins there and 20 mins back. well organised despite the queues at the start. make sure you have your hillingdon first card with you.

Arrived on site with a fitted wardrobe id broken down for the tip, a member of staff came up to me told me it was kitchen units i laughed you plainly can see that, he then told me that I'd been in earlier, nope first time in 2 months, because they couldn't control the queues outside traffic chaos, he then told me that he'd let it go, i told him im a council tax payer im entitled to tip here. He gave the impression i was trade obviously after moneyvery poor staff on that site...

Went today just at closing time (in the winter period they close at 4) but staff were so helpful and polite! They let me in and even helped me unload the rubbish out of my car! Staff there has always been friendly and helpful!
