Phoned to tell them my girlfriend has moved in so now I am no longer a single council tax payee. They sent my council tax form to an house which was a strangers. I don't understand why they would send my council tax to a random house. A stranger came my home with a open letter as my address was inside. The house was never a house my girlfriend lived in. Not even the same area absolute ridiculous. I could not belive it and to ring up and report this seems near impossible as they don't even answer and when they do the line goes dead. I called about missed recycling collection, after spending some times I got to the right place the phone rang once and went dead. I tried again and the same thing happened, waste of time. I bet they are going to increase the council tax for such a rubbish service.

Yet another missed recycling collection by this council. Bleat on about recycle more but can't be bothered to collect it. Always a poor excuse as to why they've missed the collection. Really poor service

1* for 25+ minutes in queue added to 18 minutes when I got cut off! Lady dealt with my call/query friendly and kindly (Council Tax). I can see why people get annoyed though. :-{

I tried to report missed food collection but site just does not allow you to go on to report it.Absolute rubbish website.Only God knows what they spend council tax on but it's not on decent I.T.

This is the council that’s attempting to ban two motorcycles riding together or two cars meeting in the borough as it’s a nuisance . Incapable of instructing the police to use existing laws to target the minority of lawbreakers so create idiotic new laws to limit the freedom everyone . You couldn’t make it up
