Great staff , easy layout and procedures when tipping commercial waste

No complaints , staff are very helpful and informative , can become busy at times but generally in-and-out straight away .

Have had to use this tip several times due to decluttering before a move. The booking system worked fine but the head man there is ridiculously and unnecessarily rude. It made every trip so unpleasant. Even enquiring where certain things should go is met with a sneer. He bullies the younger staff mercilessly and really gets off on his "power" to intimate everyone. So glad I'm moving far far away !!!

Glad I just wasted 15 minutes if my time signing up to book a slot to be told at the end it's fully booked ! Why is there a booking system at all! COVID IS NOT AN ISSUE ANYMORE.
