Fantastic place to pick up bargains. Great range of furniture at great prices. Perfect for those starting out or on a budget. Upstairs there is a big selection of non furniture items such as clothes, bedding, niknaks, home furnishings etc. Find gems everytime I visit. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A must visit in Annan.

I won't say anything negative about this 'Newstart' place, but if you're in the market for visiting a charity or second hand furniture shop, go to Shax in Dumfries instead! Nice staff, fair prices in orderly surroundings.

Staff friendly and helpful but some areas of the facility are a bit untidy especially the books also some furniture downstairs are a bit shabby but it is all for charity and I believe they work very hard to achieve the most amount of money they can after obtaining all their stock from donators.
