I have recently used this company for a house move of around 70 miles.
From the start to the end they have been the embodiment of professionalism.

The person who came to quote arrived on time, assessed thoroughly, explained the process involved and gave a competitive rate.

Contact with the office in-between was always polite, reassuring and informative

The day off the move itself was incredible. Turned up exactly on time, introduced the whole team and then got started. I can honestly say I have never seen people working so hard without stopping. Soft furniture was all bagged for protection. All items were carefully moved out. Very efficient working methods.

Moving in was the same. The team all asked where items were to be located if it wasn't marked up and they handled bulky items up the stairs with such skill. It was impressive to see.

Newtons made our house move as stress free as possible and I cannot thank them enough. They have 5-star reviews for a reason - a truly fantastic service provider.

A special thanks to Claire and Neil, the owners, who gave us ongoing advice and showed incredible flexibility as we had to reschedule our moving dates several times due to solicitor delays. Their patience and support made a world of difference and really helped keep us calm through a stressful situation.

On moving day, the removal team — Tom, Jamie and Mark — were outstanding. They arrived promptly, worked with amazing efficiency, and took great care with all of our belongings. They were polite, hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. The packing team — Carl, Danny and Karl — also did a brilliant job, ensuring everything was carefully wrapped and organised, which saved us so much time and worry.

What really stood out was how smoothly Newtons handled all the unexpected challenges. Despite the solicitor delays and last-minute changes, they remained professional, flexible and supportive at every step. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went as well as possible.

Moving house is usually stressful, but Newtons made the whole experience so much easier. Their combination of efficiency, professionalism and genuine care is second to none. If you’re moving anywhere in Yorkshire, I would 100% recommend Newtons — they are a first-class service from start to finish.

Blew me away! So glad I went with Newton's! Neil and Claire are so helpful, kind, understanding and go out of their way to flex and help during what is quite a stressful time as the mover. I was moving 400miles from Yorkshire to Cornwall and as a single lady, I couldn't do it on my own. And I wasn't. Claire was at the end of the phone in the run up, to help and advise, Neil and his team did all of the hard work from packing and dismantling everything to loading my entire house and life onto their vans. They were all polite, friendly, easy going, would do anything to help the customer when asked. Neil is passionate about his work and takes care to pack carefully and keep everything in perfect condition. On arrival late afternoon at the new house, I thought they'd put a bed up for me and return the following day to unload the rest. Nope! The guys stayed and pushed through. By 8.30pm that day, everything was in my new house, beds, sofas, tables and wardrobes all reassembled! 😱👌👏 All my garage items had been moved in and reconnected so I could switch my freezer back on. And probably fluke but whoever made my bed, they put all the pillows on the right/correct sides which made me chuckle before I collapsed in it! 🤣 Even some of my new neighbours commented on how amazed they were at getting me in so fast and efficiently! Quite literally, best move I have ever made in more ways than 1! 🤩 Neil & Claire, thank you so much for helping me through the stress so effortlessly and your team are an absolute credit to you. I can’t recommend Neil and his team at Newton’s Removals Leeds highly enough! From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. We would absolutely recommend Neil and his team.
We booked with them back in January, thinking we'd be moving fairly swiftly. Unfortunately this wasn't the case but they were very patient while we waited for a completion date.
They turned up yesterday morning with an extra van, which we managed to fill! The guys worked non stop from morning to night even working round the previous occupants at our new house, who were still moving their stuff out!

Newtons were fantastic. They turned up bang on time and very efficient but super careful with everything. They made the move so easy for us and removed nearly all the stress of the day. We even found time for a coffee while they were filling the vans!

The team were really nice as well and it was obviously that they really cared about providing the best service.

I won’t go anywhere else for removals going forward.
