An absolute disgrace. Warmest day yet and they turn our water off. Said it would be back on at 6.pm and still nothing. It's a good job we drink bottled water. I reckon this was a planned operation to see all of us up here without water on the warmest day of the year. Disgraceful

The staff are horrid rude people who do not care about you. Blunt and rude. Their drivers are intentionally arrogant to members of the public. I made a complaint and they just said the driver can more or less speak to you however they please and they won’t proceed with a complaint.

NI Water were fantastic at sorting my drainage problem out, in spite of being so busy after the storm. From customer services to the wonderful guy who did the physical work they were all excellent. I was also given some great advice for the future. Well done team 👏 👍

Before I begin, I am writing this review in response to an issue I had with a contractor who is carrying out work on NI Water’s behalf, and my comments are focused on how NI Water assisted when I was receiving very little help and information from the contractor concerned.

We had an issue recently with Morrow Contracts Ltd who were carrying out work on behalf of NI Water. In short, we had our driveway blocked by Morrow for a total of 9 days.

Despite numerous calls to Morrow throughout the week, the member of staff concerned didn’t return calls and their attitude became more and more blasé as the week went on. Sadly, they gave the impression they didn’t have a clue what was going on, and by the end of this unnecessary saga, we were left very frustrated, extremely irate and had absolutely zero confidence in the Morrow team.

It wasn’t until we contacted NI Water directly by registering a complaint via their online webchat service, that the issue was resolved within 24 hours.

NI Water provided us with a reference number and followed up with us by calling to our door and speaking to us verbally about the difficulties we experienced at their hands of their contractor.

Although there is no direct telephone number or email address to contact the NI Water team, I found the live webchat service to be very efficient, the agent who dealt with our complaint displayed empathy, and I got the impression they were taking my complaint seriously. Once the complaint was registered with NI Water, the team informed us of the SLA (three working days) for the investigation to be conducted/completed.

I also appreciated the call-out from the member of the NI Water team, who was very courteous, friendly and, above all, professional.

Thanks to the customer services team for resolving the issue in an efficient and professional manner.

Rang 31st March here due to smell from drains. Given job number. Waited on call, none came. Rang today 12th April to be told inspection had been carried out on 9th!. No communication prior to,or after inspection, no explanation either. Had no missed calls from Engineer. EVER.
Unimpressed. Rates paid for this? Questionable service.

been trying to log in for 3 weeks now, with error code coming up, phoned them 10 times and each time got nothing back, but wait 5 working days, 3 weeks to log in, seriously. our rates pay for the incompetent IT dept there. sort it out and employ someone who knows what they are doing.
