I'll give them 5 stars, I have an old 1640 4wd and can't get any help w/ parts here in the U.S. . The first time I ordered from them some of the parts were lost in the mail. I contacted them via email and they were extremely responsive in resolving the situation. They took care of it and taped the next box they sent out very well, everything was there and correct. I am so glad that I found somewhere that I can easily get parts for this old dinosaur of a tractor. This is an honest, helpful staff that will not leave you hanging.

Ordered a replacement door and assembly 20/7/21 and was delivered next day by lunch time!!! Superb service and knowlege for all these guys. Emailed for info on other parts and had a reply first thing once they opened

No goods and no refund. Specifically asked them not to send TNT but they did and now over a month later there's an indefinite delivery date. I ordered for my neighbour who is desperate for the parts, I have asked for a refund so I can re order the parts from somewhere else and they are refusing to refund until they have the goods back which we have not received and as the order has been cancelled we will never receive. The issue is between Nick Young Tractor parts and TNT not with us. The measure of a company is how they treat customers when things go wrong. Unfortunately the customer service is very poor and I am entirely reliant on TNT on getting a refund, I do not hold out much hope when TNT have already let us down.
