Nightingale house hospice is a fantastic place. Mum spent her last weeks there and the staff, doctors, support team and helpers were out of this world. They did everything they could for mum to make sure she was happy and settled at all times. The support network for us the family, was also fantastic. I cant say enough good things about this place.

My husband is receiving care at Nightingale House at the moment and I can't praise them enough. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and their level of care is outstanding. I really didn't know what to expect of a Hospice as I'd never visited one before but from the moment we arrived, we felt that they were looking after us both. There is such an air of cheeriness here, which puts you at ease & families, including children & pets are all welcome to visit patients which makes it so homely. The cleanliness, food & facilities are all excellent & I highly recommend this wonderful place.

This is one review that I didn't want to have any experience of, in order to leave an honest report.
During what can only be described as the most harrowing experiences of my life, every member of staff has been truly wonderful in their care for my mum. They came forward when all others hid behind excuses, procedure and incompetance.
Nightingale hospice really has been the best thing to happen to my mother and her family since she was diagnosed with cancer. The devotion and endless kindness is a true testament to what humans can achieve at their best, when some are at their most vulnerable.

What a wonderful pleasant place to be invited to take a look round with a lady called Kay staff that we briefly said hello to where all pleasant to we even looked into the gym area and craft area and we had a quick drink at the cafe before coming home what a lot of services amd activities they have on offer of all different types even music times, massagers,Tai Chai if spelt correctly😂
Thank for showing both myself and my husband around and spending time with us today! The menu in the cafe looked lovely and one day we will be back to try there food we only had time for a drink today. I cannot praise highly enough the care given to my wife during her final days and also to me as a bereaved partner. Nothing was too much trouble and we were both made to feel that everyone was a good friend who was also very professional. This is a place with a warm heart. We are very fortunate to have it in Wrexham.

Palliative care excellence. Lovely place, very caring staff. Needs plenty of community support. Volunteers also work tirelessly and do a great job. Cafe excellent, well worth a visit.
