If you fancy paying for your parts up front so that they’re “ready” and then standing at their counter for the best part of an hour while people aimlessly walk about then this is the place to buy your parts. Honestly, I thought euro car parts was bad, this place takes the crown, absolutely awful.

I was the only person waiting to collect my pre paid parts that I was told were “ready”

How does that take an hour?

I cannot recommend this company enough .
Really helpful on the phone ,
I went down and picked up a polo wheel and wing , both in excellent condition at a really good price .

I needed a new engine for my 3.0 A5. After struggling to find a decent one, these guys had one they could supply and fit for a decent price.
They were good to communicate any issues that needed fixing, Ashley was in contact with all the issues regarding changing the engine and got things sorted out pretty quickly.
Drove the car straight from their place in Essex to Cheshire in one straight run and the car was tight.
I’d definitely use them again if I needed to get anything sorted for the Audi
