We have used Norman Wenn Skips for the last several years as it's easy to order, the delivery and pick up are always on time with no fuss, and delivered to where we ask on driveway. The customer service is excellent.

After 20 years of hiring at least 3 or 4 skips per year I will no longer use this company after I was called and quoted the "its in our Terms and Conditions" line regarding a mattress that was in the skip. I had to pay and additional £40 or had to have the matress delivered back to me. A small concession would have kept me as a customer but clearly this wasnt important. Overall very poor client relations.

Skip delivery and removal - no problem, however, I am extremely disappointed in that the Driver chose to place the trucks feet on a driveway paving slab and cracked it in several places.
When I called about this, I’m told that they take no liability for any driveway damage.
They didn’t use the driveway when dropping off the skip but chose to use it when picking up when it’s clearly heavier!
I would advise anyone using their service to check to T’s and C’s and don’t expect any assistance when something goes wrong.
Again, very disappointed with your attitude and support on this Norman Wenn… it would have been pretty simple to come and replace the broken slab for 5 stars…

Excellent. The lads delivering the skips are highly skilled, polite and customer focused. All our skips were placed exactly where we wanted them and collected promptly.
The team booking the skips are brilliant too. We realised we needed another skip over the weekend and it arrived at just after 0700hrs on Monday morning. Excellent service.

Thankyou Norman Wenn Skip Hire. This is the first time I have ordered a skip. Telephone manner was so efficient. Really helpful in every question I asked. My 8 yard skip arrived and put in the perfect spot on my drive. After it was fully loaded the skip was taken on day requested.
Will recommend this company with high standards.

Skip arrived next day which was great, price also decent for the size. however there was a few items still in the skip and the driver threw his drink bottles in there before leaving. I know there only small but when u have paid £300 for a empty skip for you to use it just seemed rather rude in my opinion. Also it was all rather rushed that it got put down on the wonk. A little communication always goes down with great customer service.
