There were so many companies to choose from but I went with Norris because of the reviews and I definitely made the right choice. The online booking was simple and straightforward. Communication was great and I received a text when the skip was being delivered. The 8ft skip was the perfect size and worth paying a little bit extra for. I received a text when the skip was due back. Arranging the collection was easy and the pickup was super quick. All relevant documents were emailed to me afterwards.
The whole process was straightforward and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time ordering and using a skip. Excellent and sublime customer service from start to finish. Easy to order. Quick delivery. Kept informed via text of driver arrival. Phoned when skip ready to be collected and was collected the same day. I will definitely use again and recommend them. All staff very polite and courteous. So hassle free. Highly, highly recommend! Helpful on the phone, fast delivery and then collected on time and when they said they would. They also picked up some bits I’d left on the floor to the side of the skip that I wasn’t sure would fit. Also more reasonable than the other quotes I had (look out for offers on their social pages!)
