The grass cutters are worse than rubbish. They managed to get grass cuttings on to my car bonnet and roof on 12/05/2025.
Quite a skill getting grass cuttings that high with a petrol strimmer. But they only seem to get grass all over the newer cars. Must be a fun game for them, knowing that the car owner is going to have to go to the car wash.
They even left a patch of grass uncut outside my neighbour's house.
Luckily for them my neighbour, who is ex-services and suffers from PTSD, came out fuming just as they were leaving.
Another neighbour took photos of their vans and sent them to me, along with photos of the grass on the car bonnet.
What will the employer Norse do? They have the vehicle details and the date.

Tomorrow it'll be 3 weeks since our bins were last collected. This is a block of 12 flats based in Waterlooville. Countless calls the council and Norse South East with promises the collections are running a few days behind. I'm sure everyone can appreciate a service running a few days or even a week behind in the current climate but 3 weeks is ridiculous.

Just collect my wheelie bin, you pick up a wheelie bin 1 meter away without fail week in week out, but you can't collect mine which is in full view. What is your problem? You didn't collect my rubbish for 2 months and now you've started not collecting my bin again. You collect everyone else's! I'm now having to deal with 4 weeks of recycling and refuse! Not one missed been I have reported has been collected in 2 years. What are you doing!

Bloke doing traffic management in north st Havant 12/11/23 had a go at me saying parking is suspended and giving it the big one. Telling me police would give me instant ticket. That's funny because the officer didn't look bothered at all. Maybe because a few minutes before I got there one of his work mates had removed the signs but he was too busy trying to be hard to notice. At least he made me laugh anyway. Even the stranger next to me said what nob. So there yuu go. After reading and hearing about thos company I should not have expected much different.

A dreadful firm that seems to give so many excuses for not doing simple things like collecting waste and recycling under contract to East Hants . I'm not sure who is to blame - the district council, their management of this contractor or the lack of management at Norse but the excuses and explanations and reasons "why we could not empty the bins" is beyond belief.

I can only draw the conclusion that someone is lying and someone is just plain lazy or both. I have made three formal complaints since the beginning of November and that was preceded by at least four from august this year when they had not collected the bins for 8 weeks!- it's been escalated to a level 2 complaint with no action or response from with EHDC or Norse SE. I've sent photographs of the bins to the council to help Norse identify what a black bin and a green bin looks like, where the bins are situated, when they should pick them up and the combination for the compound lock. What a waste of my time! Perhaps a responsible person from Norse might like to come out to these properties and personally explain what is so difficult about collections here?

Norse South East , the supposed contractor to EHDC for waste collections. What an absolute disgrace Norse SE is.

They are basically incompetent beyond belief. They have ONE job and they can't even do that.

Clearly they don't have the expertise to fulfill their obligations of this contract and EHDC should urgently consider terminating their contract.

No glass collections as they have been suspended and now our recycle bins not emptied. The eventuality will be that residents will be requiring EHDC to start paying refunds of the extortionate council tax bills that people pay for providing an absolutely shambolic service to the community's that they are handsomely paid to serve.

Sort this mess out Norse and EHDC You are becoming an expensive embarrassment.

NSE was requested through the council to deliver my bins as I’ve moved into a new build property. I have been chasing for 3 weeks now, having ordered the bins 6 weeks ago. They ignore repeated requests to call me to explain why they are so incompetent that they can’t seem to physically be able to get these bins to me. It’s beyond ridiculous!!
