I took a bold step to buy some parts from this company despite all poor reviews read. Got power steering rack, PS pump even and it worked very fine. The customer care is a plus as we exchanged mails and their responses were quick. They got the parts ready for me and I paid on picking up. Thanks

AVOID!!!! Rang up at 9.52 to ask for a part to be told it would be ready this afternoon, rang up again at 12.32 to be told we would get a phone call when ready still nothing by 2.27 spoke to lady who said she would hurry it along still nothing by 16.04 after speaking to a very rude man who said well we are busy you know, I said well uve took his money now and his reply was well I put it back in if he dosent want it, obviously he wanted it he's waited all day, now lost 2 days off work as waited for a pipe from these, rang up at 5.30 to be told it would now be in the morning this is absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn't ever suggest going to this salvage yards they an absolute joke and very rude still no futher forward!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Guys there sold me a part that wasn’t the right year telling me yeah the part will fit fine. Then took it to the garage just so they could say the part won’t fit. Then took back just to get attitude for the refund and acting as if they was doing me a favour. Could understand if it was one staff but it was both the guys giving attitude like I was in the wrong.

Expected to drive 20 miles to pay for a door handle then 20 miles back home and wait for them to call to say it's been took off then another 40 mile round trip to collect it could understand if it was a engine I wanted but theres literally 1 screw to remove it takes about 30 seconds and it's off ordered 1 from Ebay instead also £12 cheaper

Wanted to charge me £20 for the little lever you use to pop the bonnet ? a brand new one including cable and mechanism delivered to my door is £18 ?

Very bad attitude, bloke who asked me to come and view part I ordered the day before, asked me to wait an hour while staff finished their dinner breaks, I won't be using this company anymore
