Been a volunteer since 23rd February 2024. On 10th March 2025 i left the charity after being left out of any involvement between October 2025 & March 2025 which left me no choice but to leave the charity after 13 months.

This is a lovely charity shop, but the biggest gripe I have is, they're so expensive. Not just your couple of pounds too much, but way over priced for second hand donated goods. This charity shop has lost the plot and does not understand that everything they are selling in the shop was given to them for FREE, so every penny they make from a sale is profit. I will advise you to avoid shops like this, until they decide to live in the real world and realise not everyone can afford 9.99 for a second hand unbranded cardi ( this was one of the cheapest things in the shop!!!).

Very friendly staff who in appreciated our custom. There are 2 shops in Lytham one specifically for household goods and one for clothes, bric a brac etc. Would definitely shop in either to support this excellent charity. Both shops offer excellent value

My friend who lives in London saw a dress in the shop on Saturday but didn’t buy it. On Sunday she decided she would really like it so we travelled from Southport to the shop only to have it close a few minutes earlier. I rang the shop this morning and spoke to Hilary. She was really helpful, she found the dress and has put it aside for me to collect at a future date. Thank you Hilary, you have made my friends day !

Bad place I wanted to buy a pair of jeans which where priced at £9 there where marks on the knees and back pocket I asked for a fair reduction manager said NO I'll throw them in the bin.not a nice person NOT GOOD FOR THE CHARITY..
