I called NW on a Friday requesting a skip for delivery the following Tuesday., having made an initial enquiry via E mail. My E mails were responded to quickly and when I spoke with the office lady, she was very efficient and polite and arranged the delivery. The skip arrived as requested, delivered by a very friendly and professional driver. He managed to get the skip onto my drive despite there being a tight squeeze with next doors fence. The skip was filled by the Wednesday evening and I called NW to request collection. This took place on the Friday again by a very polite and professional driver. Excellent service thank you .

Well a company use them as they was redoing my roof the skip turned up late. When they finished the job I was informed that the skip would-be gone by the end of the day but that didn't happen. I called them on Saturday they said that are trying to get someone out to pick it up but guess what the skip is still on my drive and looks like one be picked up now if I'm lucky on Monday. Well I am looking at charging a company storage charge as I'm looking after their skip on their behalf so if I was you I would not use this company .

Rang up for my mum as I was travelling over 200 miles to help her remove a shed. These guys are fantastic. So helpful. Lady on the phone who dealt with my request was fantastic. So polite friendly and so helpful. Ordered a skip for Tuesday. Rang on the Wednesday to say we had finished with it and skip was collected on the Thursday. Outstanding service and will defo use again. Would defo recommend to ANYONE needing a skip. Guy who delivered it was most polite and helpful to mum too. Good job guys x keep up the good work x

I get skips delivered from northern waste group on a regular basis for all my building waste. Skips have been delivered on time and in a professional manner since I started using them a few months ago. The advice given on any recycling and waste matter has been second to none. Glad I've finally found a reliable company to use. Thanks for all the help.

so happy I Finally found a skip company I can rely on as I've have been messed around in the past with late skips and terrible customer service. Northern waste group always got a skip out to me on time and the staff are always pleasure to communicate with. They also gave me good advice in regards to my building waste and useful information for the future. Definitely recommend this company 5 stars from me

I ve been calling them 5 times in 2 weeks to ask them to come and pick up the skip. Every single time been told you're book for today. The truck we send it wasnt big enough( i hire a 4 yard skip- obviouslly you should have send a truck which can lift 4 tone ). They were selling me donnuts. 3 times i ask to speak with a manager, every time they were busy( probably with my donnuts ). The skip is still in front of my house blocking the way in. This is unacceptable
