Booked for Wednesday few days before as lady on the phone insisted to find out on the day that there worker didn't turn up and they can't send any one for collection ? and the car had to go by Wednesday !!!
Unreliable and lack of professional approach, have to use someone more reliable to accomplish the task !

Best price quoted online for scrapping my old car, they rang to arrange collection, and arrived promptly on the set date. It was my wife who dealt with the collection of the car (she doesn't drive and knows very little about cars), fella who was collecting was really friendly and did everything that needed doing for her. Money in bank the very next day.

They refuse to change my wheel... because i said its expensive and in future i will go other place.. before i paid 25 quid now they charging 35, all the time, cash in hand.. ALL THE TIME! i wanna pay 35 and they refuse it!

Not helpful at all! Called about a wing mirror for my car and was informed they had one. So I traveled the 1 hour journey to be told “go and look around and take it off the car yourself” to which I did and they didn’t even have a car there the same as mine! I’ve never been to a scrap yard before and thought they would help a little. I wouldn’t have even minded paying a premium for the mirror if they helped. But they didn’t seem to care or have any customer service. Will not be going again, I’ll order one off eBay! Cars stacked dangerously and no safety measures in place!
