Great experience on multiple trips, just make sure you read up on what you are/aren't allowed to dump or about any costs for DIY waste and you'll be golden. Brought a mixture of things and the staff were helpful in pointing me to the right places.

It's easily accessible from the A47. You have to pay for certain things, which is ridiculous. No wonder people flytip! Too many people are employed here, just standing around doing nothing. It's not like they even help you!

Did all the 5 star reviews work for the council?
This was the most senseless, ridiculous visit to the dump ever.
I literally had a swarm of staff/jobs worths converge on my van as soon as I pulled up.
Even though NONE of my rubbish was “DIY” I was accused of dumping DIY,
I had one fence panel and lots of pieces of wood, 6 old roof tiles and 3 paving slabs, all left over from an extension I had done 8 years ago.
This apparently was over my limit!! And to return tomorrow to dump the “rubble”!!so more time, more petrol, this is supposed to help the environment What difference does it matter what day it’s dumped on So I paid the £3.50 to dump it today, congratulations on providing a pathetic “service” in future it’s going in the wheelie bin!! And you wonder why people fly tip!!! Have a nice day with your little clip boards.
FYI not really acceptable to swear and call me fat, true but not professional.
Yet another service in the UK gone down the pan.

The staff at this recycling centre are incredibly friendly and really helpful. It’s well organised and run. An employee called Steve actually assisted with some of the heaviest items I had brought. I was so grateful- it was tipping it down with rain and we got the job done really quickly because he was so helpful. Thanks Steve! Enjoy the biccies!

Genuinely the nicest tip employees I've ever met. Very relaxed and helpful, wide range of recycling options and a reuse shop which is full of treasures. As long as you play by the rules you'll have good trip 🙂

Been several times and found staff very helpful in helping me get heavy bags of garden waste to the bins.
Staff very polite to others and direct newbies to correct areas.
Far better than the Old Mile Cross site. Better layout. No waiting and well marked and easy to enter parking bays.
Must be good as I travel form North Norwich to the site. Yet to use North Norwich site.
