Testimonial

"Honestly helped me so much and still helping me now. Started with one to one support and now been offered a variety of group therapies to join and for me to choose which I feel will work best for me. On top of that they also for those who have gone to the next stage of recovery offer Indian massage and acupuncture therapy to help. They even clocked on to my medical issues and helped me get the right support medically too from NHS. NRN done more for me in a year than I've received in ten years of being in mental health services and I can't thank them enough. I'm fully sober now :)"

Awful. I suffer with depression and have a cronic illness and have been on medication now for 17 years. I'm completely over using hard drugs but after so long on subbies I'd go into withdrawal without them and they help with my mental state. After nearly being blackmailed into going on methadone, which I categorically said I didn't want it was only by the intervention of a doctor that I stayed on subbies. For some power trip by keyworker I'm forced to go into the city every 6 weeks to collect scripts and if I'm having a bad moment and don't go in I'm left to detox and all the dark feelings that go with it. There duty of care is woeful, I'm supposed to be on a maintenance script but feel like I'm made to jump through hoops all the time. Absolutely rubbish service...

I begrudge having to use one star as this is this worst service I have ever known! My supposed support worker was and is so incompetent, always on leave. She was on an absolute power trip and made things as difficult as possible even though most of the time she was at fault. It is like these morons have been specially picked with the lowest IQ along with robotic personalities. Incapable of any empathy and will always be told ''I'll pass this on to your keyworkerrrrrr...'' by the ever so cheerful and helpful receptionists. For the key worker to do absolutely nothing and they won't give a damn either because hey they're on annual leave again the next day! Worst people in the world given abit of power in one building. Avoid like the plague, only used out of desperation. Im now waiting to be transferred elsewhere which whilst being simple has been over a month. Absolute jobsworths!

Absolutely appalling service. Id be surprised id this place has managedto get even one person through the recovery process. They dont listen to what you nees in support but they dictate to you what medication you will be put on. Disgraceful that im not allowed to say with an informed decision what I put in my body. I would have received better help if i was listened to and put on the medications i wanted to try but instead i felt i were forced to go on Methadone by them eliminating any other options and refusing to give me anything else.
