Shocking and awful. The engine that I was sold was described as a good one, that was complete, we asked them to remove the turbo, which they did. The engine arrived and the mechanics refused to fit it as it was so horrific. It was sent back and apologies were received. However, after promises to send another, where they had made a mistake, they decided not to as the engine was apparently fine and they refunded me the money, minus £80 for postage!! A couple photos to show you, the water pump has chunks missing and you can see the scorching on the cam, you can smell the burnt oil and what the pictures don’t show is the lumpy sludge thats left behind and the cracks in the head.

It's the first time I have used them. I was pleasantly surprised how tidy the approach to the business was, the guy I saw was on the ball for the item I wanted and was knowledgeable in the part they were selling. 4 stars just because I haven't cried the item yet,but everything else was great ?

I use this company every now and then and everything has been ok to what's to be expected from a dismantling company, Bought a strut for my car, found it was damaged from a plasma torch, and request a replacement, because they weren't able to take it off a vehicle ready for me to collect on the Saturday morning when they are open, it had to be in the week and they had to do it when I was in their office. On the Sunday, my car broke down, I had to pay a garage on the Monday to fix the car so no longer needed the strut, requested a refund on Tuesday and was told no, only a credit note, I explained that I don't need anything and hopefully won't need anything for a long time and because of the garage bill, could do with the money back as they weren't able to assist me in time. The owner said no again. So I guess this is how he pays for his Bentley by screwing people over. Don't expect to be looked after by this owner. If the strut had been good in the first place, I wouldn't have needed the garage or the refund. But I guess people like me are the reason he owns a Bentley.

Really bad experience, the staff are rude they don't know how to deal with customer. Their advertisements doesn't match with original pictures. An expensive place to buy. Buy at your own risk.
