Broke down on Friday 26th July on A21 trying to get home.
Required recovery and was fortunate enough that "Monkey" from NYR appeared.
Diagnosed the problem within minutes and recovered vehicle in a timely and very professional manner.

Even the best of us need recovery. This company have carried out a few UK and European recovery's for me from a 1000cc Quad bike to a full size road train across Europe and to say the least they are totally untouchable simply there is know one better. This truck was towed from the south of France and was 31 meters long incredible and the driver handled it like a car 10 out of 10 for NYR.

Would 100% recommend got stuck in a very awkward place and spoke to nyr about 8 in the morning and with much help from the experienced uni mog driver the vehicles were recovered by lunch time. Many thanks

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the driver that was dropping off to protuck auctions last tuesday he seen me struggling to get a bin lorry up on the back of my trailer as its lift axle was stuck so the drive axle was coming off the ground and no winch fitted on my trailer I'm quite new to transporting vehicles as always done plant and machinery before hand (just took a job where we haul a variety of vehicles and machinery) he stopped and helped me get it onto the trailer and gave me some sound advice he's a credit to the company I didn't get his name but he was in a DAF XF with a tilt and slide trailer next time i see him I owe him a brew and a bacon roll

I don’t often write reviews but when a company goes over and beyond all expectations, is professional, incredibly friendly and simply a cut above the rest then it’s only right that a review is given. After a stressful breakdown where the RAC Commercial Division were useless and left a vehicle unattended for over 7 hours and when they did attend they sent a vehicle smaller than that of the one they needed to recover I was at my wits end. I called NY Recovery to see if I could arrange recovery independently, what an experience, the lady that took my call was pleasant, friendly and really helpful she assisted in my request for recovery quickly and the vehicle was in my location within 60 minutes. The driver (Monkey) what a cracking chap, really helpful, efficient and took care of the awkward location without hesitation and went over and above with service a real asset to the business and I am unable to praise him enough. I cannot stress enough how amazed I am with NY Recovery and can only say that I would not consider using any other business for my recovery needs. If you need help these really are the guys to employ. Great work to you all and Thanks!

Not even worthy of one star. Called in a state needing recovery back from a busy and dangerous motorway for an elderly, alone, vulnerable family member and was laughed at before being hurled a load of attitude and hung up on. Absolutely disgraceful and a sham of a company mocking those who are frightened and in danger!

My wife and I just want to say a big thankyou to one of your driver's who spotted my disabled wife alone stranded on the 299 thanet way after getting a puncture, he pulled over behind her car and put all his warning light on ,he asked has she had recovery organized, she told him yes but it won't arrive for another 30 minutes , he said I'll wait 10 mins, but after 10 minutes he asked has she a spare she said yes ,so he said I'll change it for you because I can't leave you stranded here, I just want you of this road and safe , he said his name was JOHN, so could you pass on our big THANKYOU to him.
