I was panicking because the clutch on my car, which I had bought elsewhere, was slipping and I was about to go away on holiday.
Oak Tree Garage, just outside Northallerton, were happy to lend me a car whilst they repaired my car. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They made the whole experience a pleasure and I am happy to recommend them and the work that they did on my car.

I have used the Oak Tree Garage for my car's last 3 annual services and I'm very happy with them. I'm no mechanic to check on their work, but the car keeps on purring - and it is MOT'd elsewhere (local garage, who can't do the full service) and passes without a problem, so I figure they're doing the right things.
The rates are reasonable, the people are nice, they're happy to drop you into town if you don't want to wait - and they are quick and focused if you do wait. I'll be back next year...

Great service with a very helpful attitude from their staff. I have used Oak Tree for Mot tests, servicing and other repairs over the last 4 years and have nothing but praise. Work has always been carried out faultlessly at a fair price and they have been very accommodating with picking up and dropping off the vehicle when asked.
I have no hesitation in recommending them, in my opinion, they’re a “good outfit”!

First class service !
I booked to have a wheel alignment and 4 new tyres fitted. The courtesy I was given and the service I received was simply excellent.
Full marks for their detailed attention to fitting (not straight forward on my low profile runflats) and the report on 'before and after' was a very professional surprise. The comfortable waiting area with refreshments was a bonus.
Chris was very knowledgeable and hospitable, and I can't wait for the next time I need something done !

I recently had my Land Rover timing chains replaced at Oaktree Garage and I could t be happier with the service. The work was completed on time and at a fair price. My car is now running smoother than ever and I couldn’t feel anymore confident in the quality of the repair. Highly recommended

Took a previous car here a few years ago for tyre fitting and MOT. I'd purchased the tyres myself beforehand and they had no problem fitting them for me (some garages refuse as they prefer you to purchase their own, often inferior and overpriced, tyres).

Staff were friendly and I was impressed with their work and level of detail. It's slightly out of the way which isn't convenient but for MOT/tyre changes it's not too much of an issu. Will happily return here to have future tyres fitted. Would recommend!

Had to find another garage due to previous garage in N'ton being taken over and not happy. Found recommendations on Oak Tree Garage. Absolutely fantastic. Incredibly clean and tidy, fantastic reception area. Staff are great and exceptionally qualified to high standards. The price is very reasonable. Now will be my go to garage in the future. I have serviced my own vehicles for last 20 years, but as newer vehicles become increasing more scan tool dependant, I wanted to find a garage that would have a high standard of care and attention. Well if my first experience of Oak Tree Garage is anything to go by I have found a gem in this industry . Customer care and knowledge ( Chris ) is excellent, and works carried out is to a high standard. I will be using them again without question and wish I'd discovered them earlier.
