Staff were very friendly. but the location is very small. Walking back and forth to the correct disposal unit is fine but you are doing this amongst cars reversing. Probably the best it can be in limited space.

Just tried to book and no slots for 6 days. Any time have gone usually not full.

Shambles of a booking system. Despite getting there and back twice in half an hour I was told this is not allowed. Why use two slots when I have one booked and someone else could use the other one. Why can I never book a slot within two days when it is half empty at the place. What was wrong with the is which was efficient. Now just encouraging fly tipping.

The staff are great but the online booking system should be scrapped as it doesn't work for people working. Also, dates / availability should be shown first so people don't have to complete the lengthy form only to find out that dates offered are not suitable. Come on WLC take notice - lots of people complain about the system. It's better for WLC but not those who are using it, which is the purpose of the centre. One star for the staff; the other for the fact there is a centre.

Absolutely shambolic from West Lothian Council. You would think they would significantly extend opening hours around the festive period, given that households often have a surge of clutter. I'm up to my ears in cardboard boxes and rubbish, having to wait a frustrating 9 days for a booking. This slot system is far too inefficient to support the approximately 80,000 households in West Lothian.

According to Google's location data, people typically spend less than 10 minutes here. Yet, we have 30-minute time slots. So, on average, 20 minutes are wasted each time slot, which is ridiculous.

Always been brilliant until the online booking system, Lcan never get a slot been trying since before xmas.Not for your average working family no wonder there's so much waste fly tipped around west lothian!

We just loaded the car to get some things away before the centre closes for new year. We arrived at 17:30. The gate was closed. It said the centre closes at 18:00! The staff were leaving. Allegedly all the skips are full? Every single skip? I now have a car full of rubbish until the 2nd. If you want away early for new year advertise that online and close early. It would have taken 5 minutes to empty the car and we would still be well before the 17:45 advertised last entry.
