Whilst visiting the recycling centre and having my poorly son onboard who happened to be sick while I was there, this was noticed by the staff especially a lovely lady who went above and beyond to make sure my son was OK whilst the men carried my recycling for me. All staff at this recycling centre couldn't of been more helpful. A big thank you to the lady for all that she did what a kind hearted person you are ☺️

What a helpful trio of gentlemen that assisted me at the Oakenholt recycling centre this afternoon!
Mike, Dave and Les! All 3 of them we're just amazing! Helping me empty my very full car of garden waste! Then Les went on to fix my boot lock as I'd got it stuck!
All of this was served with plenty of smiles, joking about and laughter!
Thank you so much fellas, not often you come across front line council workers this happy and helpful!

The team here have been absolutely amazing. I have been moving house, so have been here regularly. They help to unload, and guide me in the right area. I lost my phone on one occasion, when retracing my tracks I returned where Dave, Tracey & Justin had kept it safe for me. They also followed all correct security measures. Would highly recommend using this centre.👍

There is a gentleman called Dave at the oakenholt site he is one of the kindest man I have ever met he is always there to help and always goes out of his way to be so helpful.

After being unable unload at the much nicer greenfield recycling centre we were referred here. Standards are low, pulled up to see all workers basking in the sun in lounge chairs, phones in hand completely unbothered and rather abrupt when asked a question. Almost as though we'd interrupted there conversation. Proceeded to unload where the staff sat and glared, one particularly larger badly presented man strutted about with his lower stomach hanging his shirt. Maybe some properly fitted uniform would be a good idea. I suggest you find some more competent staff or maybe even they could do some off site training at greenfield per say. They might learn a thing or two! Awful at best
