It is not what it used to be ! Sometimes it’s actually better to buy new from the shop or online. £50 for a pair of second hand polo shorts? £100 for a movie poster , How are they pricing the items stock x ?

Customer service is terrible. The staff couldn’t be more rude, with an attitude every time you ask for help. This happened to me on both visits, and the overall environment felt unwelcoming and hostile.

Most sizes on the hangers don’t correspond to the size of the item, nothing was sorted into sizes which made it difficult to find anything, some nice items but some things quite overpriced likely wouldn’t go in again.

A huge range of clothes and items for everyone to choose from. Luxury designer clothes can also be found and most are brand new that are rarely available in other charity stores. They have fair pricing from the upper end of the price range to a lower priced range. Always pleased! Amazing staff and support system in place. Excellent training for new starters and all team members are welcoming!
