Purchased a part that no longer required. Crankshaft pully. no mention at point of collection that would create a wedge and a ransom of ordering another part to offer refund.

Same agent all of a sudden becomes to busy to resolve issue but when you enquire and purchase they call you.
not a good clear or transparent experience.

Ordered a master window controller and paid for the garage labor. The part turned out to be faulty, and the company’s boss insisted I pay for another labor charge to remove it, plus cover delivery costs to send it back. On top of that, they wanted an extra £10 to replace the faulty part. Complete rip-off! I found the same part elsewhere for half the price I initially paid. Avoid this place at all costs!

The used Transfer actuator, they supplied let me down. However they took the time to source a new component for a small additional cost so first rate service with good products. Will try them first in the future.

Absolutely spot on from these guys, having scanned looking for some Honda injectors at over 1000 pounds plus fitting. I gave them a ring and got 4 injectors for a third of the price, fitted and working correctly ,big saving and thanks will use again no problem...

I found Oldham breakers through 1st choice and I'm glad I did! Needed a battery for my Mercedes which they had in stock, originally obviously and got it at a fraction of the price, delivered next day straight to the garage. Excellent customer service and trustworthy. Now I know where to go for affordable, original parts which also come with a warranty. Highly recommend

I was so nervous of ordering the wrong part as I only had 3 days till MOT but he assured me he knew what I needed and he was spot on !! brand new part sent next day delivery.
