Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! I've bought an item through ebay and been told, it is in a good condition, no damages. I even asked then to properly check it as it is a long drive for me and they did, and confirmed that all good to collect! Drown 6! Hours one way to find that the item is damaged!!! Refused to refund me, suggesting to open an ebay case and after that, they will refund me. NO! They even kept refusing ebay cases! Shocking! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Very poor experience!! Drove an hour and 10 minutes to get some parts for a sprinter after talking to them 2-3 times to make sure they have them. I arrived here and they were clueless of what I need and said they didn’t have them. Gutted!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! Drove over 3 hours to collect 2 doors as I was told these fit my car, however that was not the case when I arrived. Wasted my time and has refused to refund me my £50 deposit. Very poor customer service.

Ordered a part that was delivered faulty. Paid for my own signed for return to them. Only for them to refuse my £220 refund and also they have their car part back which they state is not faulty but in an email to me they have confirmed it is faulty and may have been caused by their courier. VERY RUDE when I have contacted them and still no refund!

We bought a tailgate and after returning home we noticed one of the break lights had a crack in it. We informed Oldham salvage and informed them. They checked this against the pictures they had displayed on their ebay and immediately acknowledged this without further questions.

We went back a few days later and had the light exchanged without any hassle.
We appreciated the honesty. And we would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Went on the off chance that they had a Ford Fiesta wing mirror unit part I needed- they did. Reasonably priced and they said they’d fit it for me. So I called back later and it was done for me- I gave him a fiver as it was well worth it. I’d go here again for any parts - excellent service and value for money.
