The negative reviews are not a true reflection on Optimale as a professional healthcare provider. I've been on TRT since January 2025, it has totally transformed my life, I was low mood, low libido, my outlook on life was miserable and just didn't enjoy life. Five months later, my life has totally transformed, I'm more happier, more positive, I enjoy life and I've gained muscle and strength. The regular blood tests are needed to ensure patient safety and an indication for the Doctor to discuss your TRT journey. The staff are a dream to deal with, they are very attentive and the Doctors are very caring. This is a life journey for me, and Optimale is the only provider I will use. They are the most financial competitive TRT provider out there.

Ok but not the best. I had to pay for the prick test which came back low. Then to double check I had to pay for another clinic that took a blood test that came back low. Then I had to pay for another clinic online doctor to talk me through what was going on. Then the payment for the medicine. How many times are they going to charge for the end result.

What a scam !!!! £110 a month and they can't even send you your testosterone when you really need it to live a normal life, once you run out and desperately need new Vale they dont send you it until you take a blood test but still take the payment every month, I went weeks without any at all so took blood test and asked to send what I needed because doctor said to stay on the same testosterone, then they said try still can't send it because something was to high in blood test so still didn't send it honestly think I've paid them about £1000 by now and only had 1 Vale from them!! Emailed them twice this week to ask about it and nothing back but email says they get back to you within 24-48 hours , just get testosterone from the usual guy you know, calling bank soon to report fraud! Taking money but getting no health care back!

I've been a customer/patient of Optimale for a few months now and I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and patient care.
The symptoms that men experience before starting TRT can be immensely difficult for them to talk about, as I've been there, but I would encourage any man to not except the status quo as you can do something about it, having hit a brick wall with my GP I decided to contact Optimale and the service has been great.
I'd also like to reassure people about the duty of care that I've been shown, before my last consultation I was going to request an increase in dosage but at that time the consultant actually wanted to lower the dose, so even though I'm a paying customer they still have a clinical duty of care regarding treatment, don't wait guys the first step is the hardest but you won't regret it!

Customer service generally good.
Testosterone made zero or very negligible improvements for myself, but I'm sure many have positive effects.
For price of Testosterone there's a huge profit on the £100 a month payment, obviously it's a medical process, but first and foremost this is a business that's there to make profit.
Was unhappy when I cancelled was reminded of 3 month notice needed, doesn't seem right for me.
I've been on Testosterone for 7 months, so unsure what your response stated needed to be on at least 3 months ?

Been a client for years, but recently customer service has gone down the drain completely.

Weeks to answer questions, long delays in sending out medication etc.

All the whole monthly costs have risen.

I'll be looking to move to an alternate provider.

I have been with Optimale for 12 months now and could not be more happy with the service! The staff are professional and friendly and expedite any questions never leaving you hanging. Dr Airey is clearly very highly qualified and is more reassuring and knowledgeable than most of the doctors I have ever dealt with. I would and do recommend Optimale to everyone, two of my close friends are also receiving treatment with the same degree of satisfaction. I trust Dr Airey and his team 100%.

Really good customer service, really good results!
My experience with Optimale has been fabulous, everything was explained to me clearly and in details, no rush, and once treatment started I have been looked after very well, not a single bad word from me. Now in my second year with them and very happy. Can only recommend!
P.S. friend of mine had his checks done by Optimale, but was not offer treatment because in good range, in case you are wondering if this company is legit.
