Collected a Range Rover today. First visited a week ago to view it. Met Nick who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the RR. Was allowed a no pressure look around and a good test drive before we agreed a px and price. He then put the car thru a MOT and full check over with a local Landrover specialist who fitted new discs and brake pads, some new gaskets and a service. The car was as promised when I picked it up including a full tank of fuel. Nick made the whole transaction effortless and smooth. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good quality car.

My granddaughter recently bought her Range Rover Evoque from Nick and Luke and I must say I was VERY impressed with both the quality of the vehicles they stock and the way they handled our enquiry. We were travelling some distance, so we made an appointment, and arrived on time to find an immaculately presented vehicle ready for a test drive.
Luke was a pleasure to deal with: never pushy, just extremely helpful, and of course, the car came with the added reassurance of a full pre-sale check, a new MoT and a service carried out by a local Land Rover independent garage.
Thank you, Nick and Luke - I'm delighted to say that Sacha is completely besotted with the Evoque and hasn't lost her silly grin since the day she collected it!
For anyone thinking of buying a car from Over Range Automotive, all I can say is: "go for it!", I really don't think you'll regret it.

I travelled up from Cornwall to view a 2010 Range Rover in White. I was met by Luke who was very personable and allowed me to look the car over and take it for a test drive with no pressure or hassle. I was immediately impressed with the presentation of the car, basically it was faultless! Considering the warranty and service at a local Land Rover specialist I thought that the price was very reasonable and then Luke included free delivery. What more can I say, Great, and thank you very much.

Firstly the Beemer got us home all fine last Sunday. After a couple of phone calls with Luke we agreed a price and decided I'd drive the 100 or so miles to view a very nice looking 325d convertible. I had also checked photos on their website. I was not disappointed in any way. I have bought most brands of car from main dealers and must say the professional approach here at Over range was close to that. The car was as described and had its 80 point check supplied to me in a wallet with all other service information.
In short I would recommend this company. No fuss and I was more than satisfied with my purchase.

Drove 2 hours to Over Range to view a 2011 Range Rover Vogue LE in black. Car was well presented by Luke and looked great. Made an offer on the car of 18,000; initially declined but Nick called me the following day to accept the offer. We agreed he would send the car to their local mechanic to look over and this would be done on the Saturday. Nick asked for my assurance i would not purchase another car in while they were doing this, to which i agreed. All this was in writing. I called the mechanic on the saturday to see how the inspection was going and he informed me that he was inspecting the car, but that he believed it had been sold to another party. I called Nick who confirmed this to be the case. He sold the car the day before to someone offering full price. Im bemused by a business who accept an offer on a car, request my commitment to the car, and then sell it to someone else with no communication back to me. I was without a car and reliant on the purchase of this vehicle. Bottom line is that they are in business for profit - i get that. But Nick's actions were not honoring our agreement and having requested my commitment to the car, to do the exact thing that he was requesting me not to do leaves me with no confidence that they are are trustworthy business.

I can HIGHLY recommend the exceptional service I was given whilst choosing a car with Usk Car Company. Nick was extremely helpful, polite, courteous and went over and above board to get us a deal on the vehicle we really wanted, nothing was too much trouble. The before and after sales so far has been outstanding!
