It's incredibly hard to find a truly trustworthy and honest garage these days, but Owl Motors has genuinely proven themselves to be just that. I recently had a clutch replacement on my Vauxhall Combo, and while there was an unforeseen ordeal during the process, their handling of the situation was exceptional.
What stood out most was their complete transparency and professionalism from start to finish. They were upfront and clear about everything, and their willingness to investigate thoroughly and swiftly resolve the issue was outstanding. My van is now back on the road and running perfectly.
This experience, despite the initial challenge, has solidified my trust in Owl Motors. Their integrity and customer-focused approach are exactly what's needed in this industry. I highly recommend them and will certainly be a returning customer for all my future repair needs."

I'm beyond impressed with this place - I dropped my car with a bit of an unknown problem and the team called me within hours to explain the situation, reassuring me and being thorough with the explanation. The car was fixed much quicker than anticipated and I have complete trust that it's been done to a very high standard, giving me reassurance that I really needed. I brought my car in for a service and MOT whilst enduring rather exceptional jet-lag. The crew at Owl Motors were really kind and had my car ready for me by the end of the working day even though it failed the MOT on a couple things. I was very happy with the pricing and my car’s MPG has improved by 6-7 MPG. Sincere and honest folk. Very much recommended for your servicing/ MOT needs.

Today I was daft enough to lock my key in my car. I called my breakdown company Start Rescue who sent Owl. The breakdown truck arrived within half an hour. The guy was so lovely and cheerful and had it sorted in less than 10 mins. I'm so impressed with their efficiency. Thank you Owl!

Joe rescued my car (and me!) from the busy Southampton Rd traffic light junction this evening, arriving within 20 minutes of my call. Since it was my first ever breakdown, I was especially grateful for his friendliness and great conversation, which immediately put me at ease.
