I had a very disappointing experience with Panda Rosa regarding the collection of steel scrap. A few months ago, they collected 4 tons of steel from me, with the agreement that I would be paid for it. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received payment or either advise note.

I have contacted them several times, but they have either ignored my messages or failed to provide any clear response. At this point, it seems like they simply took the steel for free, which is completely unacceptable.

I strongly caution anyone considering their services—if you expect to be paid for your scrap, be prepared for a long and frustrating process, or worse, not getting paid at all. Next time, I will definitely choose a more reliable company.
