Let down by a previous Company, I telephoned Paper Mountain at 8.45am the operative arrived at 10.30am.
Dealt with my data packages with a smile, both the Office Staff and the van driver were polite and efficient.

Ordered a collection and was advised it would be this morning. Rang at 11.15 as not collected and was advised they would check with driver and call back. No collection or call back. When I contacted again an apology was given (overrun previous job) and swift collection undertaken.
